CineSynth Privacy Policy
Effective: 7 October 2026
Newtype (뉴타입) (the "Company") operates CineSynth (the "Service"). It complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and related laws, and processes users' personal information as set out below. The Service is currently in a waitlist and invite-only beta stage.

2. Personal information we process, purposes and legal bases

- You can join the waitlist without consenting to marketing emails.
- The Company does not sell personal information.
- The Company does not use your uploads or generated content to train its shared models. Character training (LoRA) that you run for your own character applies only to that character of yours.
3. Retention and destruction

Information that the law requires us to keep is stored separately for the required period. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

We do not send automated emails during the waitlist stage. If we start sending invitation or confirmation emails, we will add the email provider to this table and notify you in advance.
Our servers, database and generation models run on hardware we own in the Republic of Korea. If we start using cloud GPUs, we will amend this policy and notify you.
International transfer details (Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act)
- What is transferred: the items in the table above are transmitted over the network each time you use the Service.
- Retention: according to each company's retention policy.
- Refusal: you may refuse the international transfer. However, because these transfers are necessary to provide the Service, if you refuse you will not be able to use the Service.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request:
- access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information;
- withdrawal of consent, including cancelling your waitlist request and unsubscribing from marketing emails.
Send requests to sales@newtype-ai.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Children under 14
The Service does not accept sign-ups or waitlist requests from children under 14.
7. Security measures
- In transit: connections are encrypted (TLS).
- Access control: access rights are managed.
- Exposure: the Service is reached only through a Cloudflare tunnel, so servers are not directly exposed to the internet.
- Generated files: we will start sending beta invitations only after access controls are in place so that each generated file can be opened only by its owner.

10. Changes to this policy
We announce changes on our website 7 days before they take effect. For changes that materially affect your rights, we announce them 30 days before.
This is a translation. The Korean version is the original; if they differ, the Korean version prevails.
