CineSynth Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 7 October 2026

CineSynth lets you make videos, voices and music with virtual characters you create. These rules apply however you use the Service, including through MCP.

1. Keep the labels.
   • Do not remove or hide the "AI-generated" and "virtual person" labels on outputs.
   • Do not present a virtual character as a real person (for example, "I'm a real student" or "I tried this myself").
   • When you promote products or services, disclose it as advertising. Do not create testimonials in which a virtual character claims to have used a product.
   • Follow each platform's AI-content labelling rules.
2. Real people.
   • Do not use another person's face or voice without their consent, including celebrities, singers and public figures.
   • To register your own voice, you read a verification phrase aloud. Another person's voice requires their consent or proof of rights.
   • Do not impersonate real people, or show them saying or doing things they did not.
   • Sexual synthetic content depicting real people is a crime and is never allowed.
3. Minors.
   • Sexual content involving minors, or characters that appear to be minors, is strictly prohibited.
   • Do not upload photos or voices of real minors.
4. Rights.
   • Do not use videos, music, choreography, trademarks or logos you have no right to use.
   • Upload only dance reference videos you filmed yourself or have the right to use.
   • Do not make content that looks like another brand's official advertising.
5. Harmful content. Do not create:
   • hate, harassment or incitement to violence;
   • disinformation or election manipulation;
   • fraud, phishing or promotion of illegal goods;
   • any other unlawful content.
6. Abuse.
   • Do not circumvent safeguards, labels or usage limits.
   • Do not access other users' accounts or content.
   • Do not overload the Service or probe its security. Report security issues to sales@newtype-ai.com.
7. Enforcement. We may remove outputs, restrict features or close accounts, and cooperate with authorities where the law requires.
8. Reporting. Report violations, or unauthorised use of your face or voice, to sales@newtype-ai.com. We may block the content while we review the report.
