Virtual person labels and protecting real people

CineSynth makes promo videos with virtual characters. So making it clear what was made with AI, and protecting real people, are built in from the start.

Beta invitations start only once these safeguards are in place.

The "AI-generated · Virtual person" label

Videos made with CineSynth carry an "AI-generated · Virtual person" label by default.

In Korea, since June 2026 the Fair Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines require a "virtual person" disclosure when an AI virtual person appears in an ad, and the AI Basic Act requires AI-generated content to be labelled.

When you upload to YouTube, the synthetic-content disclosure is switched on. Do not remove or hide the labels.

Ad disclosure

When you use outputs to promote a product or service, add disclosures such as "Ad" or "Affiliate link" yourself.

You cannot present a virtual character as a real person, or make testimonials in which it claims to have used a product.

Protecting real people

Another person's face or voice cannot be used without that person's consent. That includes celebrities, singers and public figures.

To use your own voice, you verify it by reading the verification phrase shown on screen aloud.

You cannot impersonate real people or show them saying or doing things they did not. Photos and voices of real minors cannot be uploaded.

Content Credentials (C2PA)

Videos will carry Content Credentials (C2PA). They will be applied when the beta launches.

Rights

Dance references, music and product photos must be your own or ones you have the right to use.

Music comes from songs made with CineSynth or from licensed tracks.

Reporting

If you find content that breaks these rules, or your face or voice used without consent, tell us at sales@newtype-ai.com.

We may block the content while we review the report.
